Hi, my iPhone XR is like that for about one hour, what can i do to open it? Thanks

TRy a forced restart of your XR, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
Keeping in mind that you need to hold the right side button (power) until you see the Apple Logo (it might take 20-45 seconds).
