How can I turn off activation lock? I don’t know my Apple ID and password for iPad. Actually I have my iPhone and I know my Apple ID and password. But iPad’s Apple ID is different. So what should I do? I have no idea.

There's no way to remove the activation lock without the apple ID. If there would then the activation lock would be pointless.
