Payment information

I have .99 payment come out monthly for additional storage. Charge to Credit card. I had to turn off card for a day because it was misplaced. It is now back on BUT keep getting message in setting to update my payment info for Apple ID. I do not want to change cards. It is my only credit card. Help the credit card is food.

What happens when you sign into the account details and just verify that this card's details are correct?
