Yeah, you’ve gotten scammed. You’ve seemingly loaded some malware. It’s trying to mess around with your Catalina install, and Catalina is blocking the modifications.

Please read the following linked posting, and then post the screen shots of the three requested folder areas back here, as those screen shots will usually show what happened here. (How this dreck works and what names it chooses for itself are generated automatically and randomly and it all changes continuously to evade detection.)

Again, the filenames and the construction of the junk will vary to make identification and removal more difficult.
