How to install imovie on 2nd han MacBook Pro?

Hi everyone!

I bought an used macbook pro 2015 and it came without imovie!

Whenever I try to find it in the app store, it says that I cannot use the available imovie with my mac software (High Sierra). No older version is made available.

Can anyone help? I desperately need for my job!

MANY thanks :)

Your 2015 MacBook Pro can be updated to OS Mojave 10.14.6

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT210190

Once you upgrade to Mojave you should be able to download iMovie.

I assume you have set up an Apple ID in order to sign into the App Store.

You can upgrade to Catalina but you might want to try Mojave first, as any 32 bit apps that you have, if any, will not work on Catalina. Do some research before going to Catalina.
