I'm trying to enter recovery mode on my IPhone 6 (iOS 12.4.7) because I forgot the password. How do I do this on my IPhone 6 if my home button is broken? I've also tried using ReiBoot, but I need to unlock the phone using the passcode in order to enter recovery mode. I also have not set up touch id.

There's not much you can do without a home button. I suggest that you take the device to an Apple Store for repair.
