You can do so on iMovie here are the steps: (MAKE SURE to make a movie not trailer!)
- Go on iMovie and the first picture that will be in your background
- then click the plus sign to add another photo then click the 3 dots sign and click *Picture in Picture* BEFORE Clicking ADD
- click add then click done once your satisfied
- then click the share button and *click save video or picture*
- Note: using these steps you can add a picture in a picture or picture in a video
