Im failing to Airdrop files from my MacBook Air to my iPhone 11 and from my iPhone 11 to any of my other devices. I have been able to send files between iPhone 6 and MacBook Air seemlessly. I recently upgraded to iPhone 11 and the airdrop on the phone is not working or accessible. please assist.

Thank you... I followed the instructions to the last. WiFi, Bluetooth is on, airdrop is turned on. Sending to my MacBook which has this iPhone in its contacts and vice versa. Using the same iCloud account. On the iPhone what I get is this...
