If you want to try to recover your account, and you can still log into it yourself, you should do so immediately at https://appleid.apple.com

Then change your password and set up two-factor authentication. You should also consider addition additional recover options, such as a backup email and/or security questions that you can set up.

If you are locked out of your Apple ID account you can go to https://iforgot.apple.com

This will provide you with the recovery steps you put in place for this situation.

If you can't get back into your account or are unable to recover it, you might decide that you want to abandon that Apple ID altogether. In that case, you should log out of every device that is attached to that email. You will need to start from scratch creating a new Apple ID with different email. Set up your 2FA and other security steps. Then use that new AID to log back into all your devices.
