Connecting Canon 2000D Camera to MacBook Pro 2017 using a cable

I live in Turkey and I can't seem to find a cable to connect my 2017 MacBook Pro to my Canon 2000D camera.

I want a wired way to connect my camera directly to the computer to import photos / videos without having to transfer them to the Canon Connect App, then download them from Google Photos. Is there a cable or do I have to buy a USB to USB-C converter/adapter?

I want to import my photos from the camera to iPhoto
