Dividing one family account into two and keeping iTunes music

Have one account for two I phones needing to be split into two accounts. How do I keep my iTunes music when creating a new account?

Content purchased from the iTunes Store is permanently tied to the account from which it was purchased. If you start a new account it will be empty. If the two account-holders are on speaking terms, Family Sharing can be used to let each member access the purchased content of the other:
