Missing storage

I accidentally deleted the Mac drive while in windows 10. When I went back to try and restart my macOS, I had to redownload it. It deleted all my files and also my bootcamp partition. My driver only has 45gb of free space now and the other 100 something gb in my boot camp partition has disappeared.

/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   2:                 Apple_APFS Container disk1         67.5 GB    disk0s2

/dev/disk1 (synthesized):

How can I fix this?
