Camera

Dropped iPhone XS Max one time and now my back facing camera and flashlight won’t work.

if in the camera app and change to x2 zoom can use camera but otherwise can’t use camera in app or snapchat.

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store and get it fixed / replaced.
