That’s pretty amazing! How can you forget your email address? As your Apple ID is your email address just look at any email you have received and it will have your email address on it. However, Apple gives you a way to recover your email address if you can prove you are the valid owner of that email address. Go to https://iforgot.apple.com. They are pretty strict about the proof part, because if they weren’t this would be a way to hack someone’s Apple ID.
