I am unable to open or get more apps. It tells me my app and ITunes is disabled. I tried to fix it, but no such luck.

If your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you need to contact iTunes Support: If you see a message that says “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”
