Cancel a charge of $2.99 for extra storage

I am still being charged though this was on a phone I no longer have. Prior to my current xs max.

Storage is linked to your Apple ID, not to a specific device.

Cancel by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207594
