Can i please get a different code for my phone i bought a 50£ app store gift card and i cant use it because im in a diferent country. And i cant get the money back because it shows that it must be done in the country i bought it?. So please can i get a different one if necessary i will type the code of the gift card.
No. Apple didn't scam you. The cards are only valid in the store of the country they were sold in.

Apple did not scam you. Unfortunately, you purchased a gift card not knowing that you would not be able to use it. Most people buy gift cards in their own country so this is not a problem.
There is no way to get a different code for that gift card. Therefore, you will never be able to use that card.
So i just wasted 50£ on a card that does not work so apple scammed me
