App Store Updating Problem

I have been trying to update my apps but itunes tells me to sign in for verification. However, the pop up that I’m supposed to enter my apple id and password doesn’t have a place for entering my apple id. I can only input my password. If I enter my password and continue, it says I entered the wrong apple id and password

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

If necessary

Hard reset.
