You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here.
You would need to contact where you made your purchase. If you ordered from Apple online, you need to contact them. You have 14 days from purchase for a full refund and then can get the device you wish. If you purchased from another retailer, you need to contact them about their return/exchange policy.
