You will have to reset the device and set it up as new. Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support

There is no back door. That would defeat its purpose.

Forgot Restriction Passcode on my Apple TV. Do anybody know How to cancel out the old Passcode so I can put a new one in? Under Restrictions in Apple TV’s Menu.
