I can't watch youtube on safari but in other app like chrome youtube videos could be watch properly, could you help me how to fix it? or at least please give me some advice to fix it

unfortunately it doesn't work with me. cleared cache , sign out... still nothing. see a black screen and mistake instead of videos, no problems in Firefox.
Multiple people have posted the same problem. Can you watch YouTube if you are signed out of your YouTube account?
