Cannot send photos to android phones

Photos and contacts can not be shared with android phones through Messages. How to correct?

Double Check something -

Open Settings ➔ Messages ➔ MMS Messaging - Ensure that this is set to ON.

If the above is set to ON and you still cannot send Photos via SMS then please address this with your cellular service provider.

In addition to doing as Axel suggested, you also need to make sure that you have cellular data enabled.

What, exactly, is happening when you try to send the pictures?
