t I don’t want this iPad to have any connections with my old iPhone and old iPad . Is there any way I can separate them from new iPad. Now. How can I separate them from each other?

Your iPad should already be very safe from hackers and you should have no concerns about it having connections with your iPhone or iPad.
You could use a different Apple ID with the iPad if you wish, however I would recommend you keep your Apple ID the same between all of your devices.
