Pencil

I bought a new IPad air this last sunday 14 of June, and today monday 15 of june, mine girlfriend bought an brand new 1ste generation pencil for the iPad, we were genting excited and wanna try the pencil, but unfortunately the pencil didn’t want to connect, after charging up the iPad doesn’t seem the pencil on the bluetooth, not even when the Bluetooth has been restart and restart the iPad.


We tried everything and even checked on the website, and it should be easy to connect the pencil. But it isn’t the case.


So that’s why I ask you guys about these. Can you please give us the answer what we are doing wrong.
