My siri on a work iPhone is disabled so I cant use Apple CarPlay

My siri on a work iPhone is disabled. Any way to use CarPlay in this instance? I tried to connect CarPlay to phone and it wouldn't connect without Siri enabled.

Thank you. I know how to enable Siri. Unfortunately it can not be unblocked at work. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get CarPlay working without Siri.
