My AirPods are no longer connecting to my my phone or other devices, it’s fully charge, it just won’t connect.
It has been connected before but even if I put “forget this device” on my phone for my AirPods & retry the connection process, it won’t work. The little green dot won’t turn white for the reconnection either.
If it won't factory reset, you may need a new case. :(
