Are you talking 10.1.2, 10.11.2, or some other system?

Mac OS X 10.1 was back in 2002.

Mac OS X 10.11 was in 2015

iOS 10.1.2 which is the OS for iPhones and iPads is a different story altogether.

So be careful since you posted to the Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger forum, which goes back to 2005.

What is the system installed on? What age?
