IPhone 6 Plus will not back up

My phone has not backed up since April. I have plenty of storage and I lock it, plug into WiFi and it will not back up.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support
