The last time my iphone photos successully backed up to my desktop computer was in June, now Photos wont show any of my recent pics that are on my iphone. Please help! Thank you. - George
Apple support helped me determine that my iphone iOS was no longer compatible with my computer model (too old to upgrade). So I paid the extra $ to upgrade my iCloud storage in order to transfer videos and photos through the cloud to my computer.
