Forgot Firmware Password

Hey apple support i really need your help please help me out from this problem , i forgot my macbook air firmware password and i dont have bill or apple id which i used in because it been 7 years old and i dont have anything but my macbook is genuine and i visited service center too they said we cant do it anything for you because its all depend on apple server and they want proof . i am the owner of macbook please request you to resolve my problem as soon *** possible
