How do you turn off the voice setup it’s driving me crazy on the Apple TV?

For the navigation assistant (in menus) for the visually impaired:

Turn VoiceOver on or off on your Apple TV - Apple Support


For the scene narration during shows:

Turn Audio Descriptions on or off on your Apple TV - Apple Support
