My App Store and iTunes are disabled

Hi when I go to update my apps it’s telling me my App Store and iTunes is disabled??

Please follow the instruction in this help page - If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


Updating payment information is not the info or instructions within the above sheet

See 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856. This link says: "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Insteadcontact Apple Support for help.”

 

Use the Apple recommended support link above first.
