can I change my iCloud id in my Mac and share the memory with the new account?

how can I share all the content and memory from my previous iCloud account to the newer one?

Only a single Apple ID and password is signed in a Mac , if you open system preferences > click on sign out , the id can be removed .

When new Apple ID and password is signed in the the data of that will be sync from its web account to Mac ( as many users create Apple ID with gmail services ) , the previous Apple ID is removed .

If you are talking about two different Apple ID and password signed in two different Macs , please clarify it .
