I am using iPhone-XR, today i just observed that my home screen is not rotating when i turn my phone upside down, although when i open safari and checked and it is working, could any one help me to know is iPhone-XR home screen rotating option.

thats what my question is. I came across couple of post where it is mentioned that home screen rotate option is also present. It do present in plus edition and same i need to confirm. Are you sure it is not present for xr?

You are right about the Plus models. They have a rotating home screen.
There is no option for rotating the home screen.
