yes, you’re correct it take long time a while downloading. I recommend to you checking your internet connect because it happened with me. Even though it’s estimating the required time In fact its downloading refer to the attached photo. I hope that will helps.

If the update is what you are talking about, in addition to checking your internet connection, try this.

Force close the settings app, turn off WiFi, restart your phone, turn WiFi on again and then try to download the software again.
