iPadOS bug - Charging Display

My iPad is not connected to power and is displaying this image.

before I updated to iPadOS 13.5.1 I use to be able to see a USB-C charging cable, when not plugged in.

This is not a bug. This is your iPad telling you are dangerously low on power in iPadOS 13.x.x and that you need to immediately plug it in to charge. As an FYI, letting your battery discharge fully is not good for the battery and can diminish its useful life.
