• Be a U.S. citizen or a lawful U.S. resident with a valid, physical U.S. address that is not a P.O. Box. You can also use a military address.

Apple Card has not yet been launched in any countries other than the USA. In the USA the actual card is issued by Goldman Sachs bank. In each country, Apple has to find a partnering bank to issue the card, so it will likely be awhile before it appears in other countries.
