iPhone XS freezing and glitching

okay so my iPhone keeps freezing and will be completely frozen then as I wait for a bit it goes off and then gets stuck on a black screen with loading circle so I have to hard reset the phone for it to work but it is happening everyday now. Is there any solutions?
