How to reduce the “other storage” When iPhone storage is full. My other storage is at 20GB, I think my phone is broken.
iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12
I followed the above link with directions of backing up phone on iTunes & then erasing all data & documents then restoring phone as directed. It worked. My other is now 2.4GB. I think Facebook had something to do with it as the app kept crashing.
same it's driving me nuts. my other system is 42.49 GB. other ppl have the same issue
