Touch Bar

Hi.

Just got a refurbished MBP 13 2016. Updated and restored from MBP 2012 (Catalina). Now I cannot get custom touch bar. previously when on Safari, my Touch Bar would show different tabs I had open so I could change quickly. Now that option is gone. When I try to go to customize Touch Bar from Safari (View>Customize Touch Bar) it is greyed out and I cannot select it.

Please help

Solved. In System Preference>Keyboards>Touch Bar Shows, Apps Control must be selected.

Figures it would be something simple in MacOS...
