Deleted Sound Effects from Final Cut Pro Trial

I'm currently using the 90 day Final Cut Pro Trial, and in an attempt to clear disk space, I deleted a bunch of random folders that I thought were useless. Now, none of the default Sound Effects that I had on FCP originally, are available in FCP.

I've went from Finder>Go>Computer>Macintosh HD>Library>Audio>Apple Loops but there's nothing after Apple Loops.

How can I get those default Sound Effects back? :(

Try downloading from the FCP X File Menu the Additional Content. It may not work as you are on the Trial version.

Also a lot of Sound Effects are associated with iMovie and not FCP X. You can re-download that.
