We can't, and Apple won't, disclose that information to you. The best thing for you to do is to turn the phone over to your local authorities so they can try to locate its rightful owner. The phone probably was stolen and then sold to an unsuspecting purchaser by a scammer. So, from your perspective the phone probably is stolen property.
