You have already performed the basics, like........
Powering off the Time Capsule
Powering off the modem
Shutting down your Mac
Waiting a few minutes
Powering up the modem
Powering up the Time Capsule
Powering up your Mac
Correct?
So that we don't waste your time asking you to do other things that you may have already done.......could you please list the other troubleshooting steps that you have already performed?
There is an old saying that goes something like........"make just one change on a network, and everything else on the network will change."
Now you know what to do next time.

I did everything but power off the router. When I did the entire sequence my problem was solved. Thanks. I appreciate your help.
