iPhone storage issues

I have the iPhone 6 Plus I am new to the technology thing. My phone has 32 GB so I got 200 GB on iCloud. I thought that would solve my storage issues but my phone is still telling me I’m out of storage. Please someone tell me how to put everything into iCloud so that I have storage on my phone just so I can play my stupid games. Thank you

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

iCloud was designed to store your data in the cloud and sync that data across all of your devices, but keep a smaller footprint of the data on your device. This is how it works. That notification you're seeing is because of the limited on-device storage space you have - the 32GB.

If you wish to store your data in the cloud without interfering with your on-device storage, then consider a service like Dropbox or Google Drive/Photos.
