Question about icloud back up

So if i delete the icloud back up will it delete it forever or will I eventually be able to use again?

So if i delete to try to start over because some of the stuff that is backed up i dont want it anymore And i press delete i cant restart?

It means you cannot restore from that iCloud backup.

FYI: Backup is always a all or nothing deal.
