Why is my repair taking so long.

Did you read my post at all? Nobody is saying Apple is here or asking for Apple, OP asked if anyone knew why repairs were so slow, and I added my own data point that repair services are slow and transparency is terrible.

I know you're all Apple fanboys, but a little reading comprehension is helpful.

We are not Apple but end users like you. We know no more than you do about why anything is not on schedule. Contact Apple with your case number at hand. No one here can answer your question.

Yell all you want but as we've already explained, we cannot be of any help.

I'm having this same issue, my first experience with Apple Support and it's been absolutely horrendous.
