Hi to everyone. My problem is that I want to pair this Apple Watch I have with my iphone 11 and I don’t have the previous watch owner ‘s icloud id/password to turn off the activation lock. The previous owner was my little sister watch and she doesn’t remember anything about the creation because she barely used the device. Nonetheless, I have it’s box with everything in it to prove we bought it! What can I do?

What you would need is the original store receipt with the watch's serial number on it. Then Apple might help unlock the watch.

Tell her to use Apple's iForgot service or contact their Account Security team, or supply Apple with the watch's purchase receipt and ask them to remove the lock.
