Transfer a big 4K video to my computer

Hi everyone,

I am with a serious problem, can someone please help me?

I recorded a 4K video for one hour with my iPhone, but now I can’t transfer to my Windows Pc and also it’s not uploading to iCloud (I already have 200Gb of storage in iCloud). Now my iPhone isn’t uploading any pictures to iCloud.

The video is up to 33Gb, I don’t know what to do to transfer this file and my client is going to kill me kkkk.

please, can someone help me?

How good is your ISP speeds, specifically your upload speeds? I'm thinking it may take a while to upload to iCloud.
