I have an apple ID to get into my "Apple Account" but my e-mail and ID for use in the APP store on my I-phone doesn't work and I don't know how to change it.

I have an apple ID to get into my "Apple Account" but my e-mail and ID for use in the APP store on my I-phone doesn't work and I don't know how to change it. The passwords I show in my records are incorrect. Is this something I can figure out on line or do I need to go to an Apple store or are Best Buy personnel able to help me?

What happens when you try to sign in? Error message(s)? Are there updates that the password isn't working on?

See if anything here helps.

App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - If you can't connect

Check the App Store and iTunes Store to see if there are any updates for apps/purchases. A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
