MacBook Air doesn't turning ON

!!!Need help!!! I have MacBook Air 2017. Yesterday morning when press the power button, it's doesn't turn ON. It shows a black screen with a progress bar and a spinning wheel. Sometimes a cursor appears in left upper corner and disappears. I tried some troubleshoot but it shows same problem. Last of all I reinstall macOS High Seirra . It takes 4 hours then freeze on the black screen with a spinning wheel. Now at this point, I wait 8 hrs. But it freezes in the same way and nothing happening.

Please help me. I am very frustrated. I am totally helpless. How can i fix the issue? Please help. Thanks in advance.
